We hope that you understand that student attendance at coaching each week is vital for continued progress to be made. We do require a commitment from you towards the coaching program. We limit the size of our groups and are unable to hold a place for students whose fees have not been paid. Payment is due prior to each lesson being undertaken. Payments may be made by cash, cheque, eftpos or direct deposit. The extra services of credit card payment by phone and automatic credit card payments are also available and remain fee free. If you wish to pay weekly we ask that a direct deposit is set up, this will ensure that we are able to maintain fees at the current level and avoid a fee increase.

Please be aware that fees are due and payable for sessions missed. Fees are non-transferable and make-up lessons may not be taken in lieu of paid lessons.  Weekly payment does not represent Casual status, regardless of payment method all lessons must be paid for. We are not affected by pupil free days or strike days. Please contact the Learning Centre to discuss your particular circumstances.

Please phone if you are unable to attend your regular coaching session. Missed sessions in Mathematics, English or Reading can be made up at an allocated alternative time during that week or later in the term, or assignments can be mailed or e-mailed.
 
Please note a late fee of $2.50 per session will also apply to all accounts with outstanding balances at the end of each term.

An Administration Fee of  $11 per term per family is payable in 2012. This Administration fee is payable at the time of the first lesson for the term.

Individual Tuition
Please contact the Centre to discuss availability and cost. (Strictly limited) There may be the opportunity to offer some courses during the day. Call Carole at the Centre to discuss your child’s individual needs.

Maths Revision and Study Clinic operates 4pm - 6pm Friday afternoon. Workshops are open to all High School students enrolled in any subject. Cost is $25. We see this as an excellent opportunity for all students to receive further practice at a very reasonable cost. There is no denying that students who take advantage of this opportunity benefit greatly. Students need only turn up on the day with their own material e.g. school textbook.

Vacation Seminars and Workshops may be run at various times during holiday periods. Watch for our newsletters and flyers which advertise these.
